We offer precision porous plastic filters and molded parts for air filtration and purification, flow control devices, aeration and venting, sound muffling and silencing.
For years our Porous plastic cups have been very popular for filtration applications in small FRL products.
You can either choose from our existing sizes, or our engineering capabilities will ensure that we offer a product that is precisely tailor made for you.
Costing much lower then the sintered bronze filters, you can expect much more reliable filtration from our conical filters due to a wide spectrum of micron ratings offered and tight porosity control.
We can offer our conical filters in a wide variety of materials like UHMW Polyethylene, PE co-polymers, or Polypropylene, SAN, Polycarbonate, polystyrene and with an average pore size ranging from 1micron to 100 microns. If our standard sizes and/or micron ratings are not suitable for your application, we will be glad to assist you with custom size prototypes followed by production quantities. |
