Gopani Product Systems offers superior quality fluidizing plate and discs in materials like UHMW Polyethylene, PE co-polymers, or Polypropylene, SAN, Polycarbonate, polystyrene, the product delivers uniform air distribution for diffusing, aerating venting Micro bubbling Flow Restricting and fluidizing materials.
Gopani Product Systems’ fluidizing plates are easily installed, either side up, with a minimum of effort. Modifications can be made with regular metalworking equipment or standard hand tools. The plates can be sealed in place with standard RTV Silicones or the equivalent.
These highly chemical inert panels utilize a network of omni directional 50 micron pores for effective "torturous path" filtration, Gopani Product System’s fluidizing plates offer extreme uniformity in porosity and void volume, so lower operating air pressures are sufficient to obtain optimum performance. |
